  • Alexa offers private and group classes both online and in-person.

  • Alexa runs courses to support mental health, wellbeing, stress-reduction through the practices of yoga, mindfulness and breath-work.

  • Alexa runs annual retreats open to all and also offers private retreats for groups, schools and businesses.

  • Alexa is available to speak in schools, organisations and events about effective strategies to support overall mental health and wellbeing.
