Give yourself a 10 minute relaxation practice to restore and reconnect during your day.
This practice is a deeply relaxing practice that encourages us to tune into the body by developing body awareness whilst also, hopefully, bringing deep physical relaxation.
In this practice you will use your breath as anchor for your attention and awareness. By anchoring your attention in the breath and body you might find a sense of calmness and train yourself to be more present.
This practice is appropriate for both teenagers and adults.
This is a simple breathing practice to support in stress-relief and relaxation.
