As an educator, I have always been passionate about supporting people develop into healthy and happy individuals in order to thrive in life.
After experiencing the transformational benefits of mindfulness, yoga and breath-work in my own life, I felt compelled to retrain in order to share the wisdom of these practices and enhance my work in education and beyond.
Mind Body Matters is the result of my experience working in education, my training in mindfulness, yoga and breath-work and my MSc in Mental Health. Since 2015, I have worked with individuals, schools, companies and charities to support overall well being and empowering them to live happier and healthier lives.
My work has taken me into schools, workplaces, prisons and the ocean, and I thrive off the variety of people and places I get to meet and connect with.
I’ve always loved the outdoors and connecting with nature. I therefore enjoy taking my practice outdoors to experience the additional healing benefits and deepening our relationship with nature.
“My teaching is infused with practices that encourage a deeper connection with the breath, body and mind. In order to live a full and balanced life, I believe all of these need to be in harmony.”
