In today’s session we focus on using asana as a vehicle to explore the body and bring an active awareness to our current state of our being. Dropping back into the body is more essential than ever to maintain a sense groundedness and balance in our busy lives!

We start with a brief grounding practice of golden thread breathing before moving through a series of joint release movements, all four, standing and seated postures, all wrapped up with an extended relaxation of legs up the wall and savasana.
